Should implies a duty to perform not a requirement. and again, I am not trying to WIN the contest, never WAS..but whatever.. Some will hate, some will get it and some never will.
So advice like "you should feed your baby or it will die.." implies that the failure to do so has some clear ramifications, not indicating what those are is the ambiguous part. Same as in the rules, Should be or what? Your disqualified? your house may explode?
Look it is a two way street..
Everyone who did renders of their 6 drawings are now by that definition legit entries..I wouldn't have won in court, well maybe not, 25% to 75% depending. But at least the bastards are on the spot for the codes now.

Throwing out a dozen posts a minute won't help the cause you're trying to champion.
If you really intend to file a lawsuit, do so and stop talking about it on the forums.
If you really want to draw attention to all the irregularities in the DA judging proces, then repeat posts and forum theatrics is the wrong way to go. Disinterested observers are more likely to dismiss your arguments as whining and spam, rather than sift through the threads to find useful information.
CCP is notoriously oblivious when it comes to threadnaughts and forum raeg. A well-worded petition or e-mail will probably go further than a public 'letter' on a forum known for its run-away troll population.

Fair enough, but I did want to clarify one thing for anyone who thinks this is just me throwing it in.. I wrote this on DA and in the other forum as well about defining "Should" as it applies in those rules.
"It's verbiage utilized to support any position that they can convincingly assign it to, as they need too. If you caught the right judge in a small claims case..it could be taken either way and that ambiguity, the question. In a risk assessment its 75% to 25% their favor.
Its easy, "should" implies a duty to perform but not the requirement. One could reasonably argue in a court of law that those who adhered to the performance of that duty should take precedence in judging over those who did not, Like I said, right judge, on the right day, and you could win."
I can't put my whole life on hold for 25%, so I surrender. o/ I'll try a petition I guess.
Oh and why discuss it in the forums, because EVE has the best of the best of devils advocates, forum trolls, and spiteful cynical people, cyber bullies and goons. I knew you guys would try to trash me into quitting, I figured if I could convince some of you I might have a small claims case.
