Make eve f2p
Move any level 5 prereqs to level 4
Charge $15 for level 5 skills awarded instantly
Offer CCP BUX premium "hello kitty kestrel skins"
Change skillpoints to a flat 1m per month
Offer a premium "time lapse" where for $15 you can undo that gank or even titan loss.
This would be awesome

1. I'd be fine with this.
2. Selling skills is bullcrap, even without prereqs.
3. Its a vanity skin, so i'd be fine with it.
4. Im strongly against progress limiters.
5. This violates the core of eve. A loss is a loss and you have to pay for it.
This would be fail.
Also, this post seems trollish.

great ideas, only one suggestion:

time lapse should work both ways - let me chose whether I want to jump back to undo the loss of one of my own ships or if I want to jump into the future where I will/would have already killed that enemy titan.
Of course the enemy titan pilot could counter time-lapse to prevent that loss 
also I propose to move the responsibility for game design to the accounting department
