20min snipe rule was added, and because you said you were out(due to slycutts bid, who i havnt heard from yet) it was extened by that 20mins.
My apologies, this is a fairly...screwed up auction thanks to the possibly interference by slycutt.

Snipe rule would actually be 00:12 since he had top bid. there was no Bid increments set, so looks like you are just dragging it out

I win the auction with 4.6b according to the sniper rule, I am sure the seller will honor this deal, but I will wait confirmation before sending account details and ISK.

Please lock this thread as the auctioneer abused the thread with the following:
1. Adding a snipe rule near the auction completion time
2. Using an alt bidder 'Slycutt' to extort more ISK from bidders. (See the character build time and their writing style)
3. MOST importantly, failing to honor the auction and claiming to have completed the auction thru in-game chat, taking an 'I dont know you' stance, role-playing the imaginary buyer:
[ 2010.10.30 16:54:59 ] Cayenne Turbo > hello jia
[ 2010.10.30 16:55:07 ] Cayenne Turbo > please honor the auction
[ 2010.10.30 16:56:01 ] Jia Cindell > Im sorry, the auction ended and the trade was already completed
[ 2010.10.30 16:56:24 ] Cayenne Turbo > it was never completed
...While there is no confirmation of the buyer 'Slycutt' sending ISK.
In the end, the auctioneer may also be a scammer, so take care. I am just sorry to have invested my time on this.
