Hello the People of Eve.
ItĘs a sad day that I must announce the liquidation of my corporation K4 Corporation. We have always been a small corporation, struggling to break into the high-tech commerce markets; however we were unable to compete with the big names that were able to offer the same products much much cheaper.
Therefore, we are selling our assets which we have collected over many months; these include 2 offices at prime locations.
 Office 1: Nonni V ū Lai Dai Corporation Factory
 Services include: Medical (Clones), Repair Shop, Reprocessing Plant, Factories, and Research Labs.
Office 2: Jita IV ū Moon 10 ū Caldari Constructions Production Plant
Services include: Repair Shop, Reprocessing Plant, Factories
Both Offices have a starting bid of 20million ISK, with a bid increase minimum limit of 5million ISK. They both have a reserve, which will remain hidden until passed, although itĘs not far from the starting bid.
The auction will end at 20:00GMT on Sunday 9th of January 2005, unless a bid is made after 19:45, in which the 15minute sniper rule will come into place.
Screenshots of the offices will be provided to the winning bidders and the transaction will take place via a 3rd party (NAGA if possible). Feel free to post if you have any questions or are unsure on how this auction will proceed.

Hello Gungankllr, thankyou very much for your invitation but i plan on taking a break from the industrial aspect of EVE.
Infact i was once a member of HDY back in the beta days, a very fun corporation indeed.

Not long left before the end of this auction.
These offices are in PRIME locations, Jita is a center point of most travel into the forge and lonetrek regions, Nonni just a few jumps north, on the route to 0.0 space. A very popular ship building location.
