From what I could understand it sounds like the perp removed or somehow had the australian's director role removed and the corp removed from the alliance and ensuing whining from ex director. Good cop. Bad cop. Perp sounding like he doesn't really care.

Ok full story on WHY this happened.
I am the CEO of the corporation involved. All of these guys are my corp members. Our shares are out of whack and frankly rarely play anymore as it is so I told Coral that I was gonna shutdown and reboot the corp and he wanted to troll Black and Bayushi while I was logged in and removing all roles and prepping the corp for closure. Amiss the confusion and such they had the discussion in the first post.
I pulled the corp from the alliance
I removed all the roles
I told Coral to troll
I also filed 2 petitions from the following corp chat where Bayushi threatened to hire a PI and track down Coral IRL and stab him to death, as well as Black for purchasing yet another account with real money since his previous 2 accounts Fat Edd and Vader were both banned.
Basically in the end I did a trash and burn on my own corp for lulz since there isnt really anything else left to do in Eve. Out of the 50+ members we had maybe 7-9 were active so there is no real harm and at least they can go find a structured corp.
this exchange was just far too juicy to not share with C & P
