Help, does anyone know if there is a quicker way to train skills. Does the learning skill actually speed up the process of learning. I need to know as i am trying to get the best mining barge availible (to me anyway) and i need a hell of a lot of skills, but if i can get them and those necessary to use the lasers for mining i could pay back what i spent on the ship in just over 10 trips carrying as much scordite as possible any help on speeding up skill training would be appreciated.
oh and can you take out loans? i have 13million isk and need 20million for the barge not to mention extra for the mining lasers and skills that i havent got yet. I predict it will cost a good 23million isk but if i could find a crokite asteroid i could make all of that in just 12 runs (and thats when i dont even refine the ore) if anyone knows about loans and knows people giving them then i need one. 10 million isk.

Learning gives a 2% skill time reduction, so lvl 5 would be 10% off.
The other "basic" learning skills, and the advanced ones each give 1 attribute to either Int, Mem, Wil, Per or Cha.
I recommend you train all your learning skills to lvl 5 and the advanced learning to lvl 4 to reduce training times.

if u wanne finish just the barge skill as fast as possible u have to buy implants for the primary & secundary atr.
the learning skills wont help you simply because u need more time to train them now + barge then for barge only. (they just save time in the long run)
but uhm... implants are not really a option if u have just 13 mil and need it already for something else. they cost what ? x00 million or something.
so... no, there is no way to speed it up at the moment for you

But everyting take it's time to learn. 
So I have make it the hard way and just wait for it to be finish...

Cheers 4 ur help anyway, now i have 55million isks, i got them with some damn good trading! Soon i will buy a covetor and will start mining 4 a living on eve. Once i have enough money i will buy a better ship. I already have a caldari destroyer (cormanort) and that along with another cormanort (which belongs to the person i have appointed as 2nd in cmmd and director) is all that is defending the corporation. should anyone choose to go to war with us we would be screwed so i think i will buy either a battle ship or a battle cruiser. Which is better??? i have no idea... all i need now is to try and ally with another corp but how do u do it?
