Funny that people are willing to pay 19b for a nyx pilot with carrier V and Fighterbombers V while no-one wants to owns such a sweet character like this 
The implant and titan skill book alone make it up for it let stand the time to train this

Thats because once you step into a titan you will never leave it and makes the rest of the skillz useless pluss it will just become a titan holding alt aka boring

depends how u look at it, most people that have chars that sit in titans that skill up for other things for when they dont sit in a titan, (when they sell it, lose it ect). Other people skill up their chars to be perfect in what they are doing, in my case result see char skills. See it on the bright side, with such perfection u can train whatever u want, maybe u want to spec more or maybe u want train other skills, everything is open because this is such a special skilled character. Most other character that have this kind of perfection are sitting for the rest of their eve carreer in a titan, dd'ing stuff, km-whoring and hotdropping people around. Maybe u find that it has reached its goal and u dont what him to train futher because the end goal is reached, in this case u can train antoher char on account, have 2 usefull chars on 1 account without feeling sorry for not training him.
I dont know what my reserve is tbh, i do realise this is a very specific char and not many people are looking for such perfection and want to spend isk for perfection. 25b ish seems a bit low because without titan skill and clone cost this makes 15 bil for a 86 mil char that is very specialized. Im open for trades, deals ect
