Through a wormhole found shortly after downtime, contact has finally been made to the isolated jove region of UUA-F4. Senior TCU fleet commanders from TEST have confirmed movements to take sovereignty in several systems left unclaimed. EVE residents are instructed to follow progress via DOTLAN over the next ~7 hours. The only group in the region capable of supporting a defense is the CCP Engineering Alliance. Experiences with the last 14 TCUs destroyed by CCP have forced TEST leadership to find innovative stratagems to safeguard this new offensive. In the next 24 hours, TEST will be at war with CCP Engineering Alliance in Empire space with intentions of turning their attention away from the new TCUs. |

Well... shifting targets...
We really need to address the Jovian Ruling Council and suggest that they demand full api keys from the directorate of the CCP alliance. I believe they've been embezzling funds, minerals, and moongoo for years. Now, with the rise of their new Sansha friends, they're going to need more room. The area that CCP holds looks pretty ripe.
