ok here goes
I will be traveling from Tonbridge, rail stattion, the National Rail Enquires says to go to London Bridge, and then London bridge underground to Euston..
Straight forward, tells me only change is obviously the rail to underground...
but then in a seperate paragraph below
From London Bridge Underground Station take the Jubilee Line (Westbound, Platform 3) to Baker Street Underground Station. Change and take the Circle Line or Hammersmith & City Line (Eastbound, Platform 5) to Euston Square Underground Station. ?!?!?!?
WHAT THE HELL!!
but looking at the underground map
Map
wouldnt it be easier to use the Northern line?!

Because they want you to see the nice carriages of the Circle/City lines (vs the Northern lines), go out of Euston Square, walk a bit to see London, maybe do a little walking exercise in light drizzle?
Though seriously, what's there to be confused? see

You get into the Euston underground tube station by first entering the Euston rail train station. As you enter go down the escalator on the left.

Euston Square is not Euston Station, hence the two differant directions. If you do in fact want to get to Euston Square, its probably easier to go direct to Euston Station, then come out and cross the road.

ok
Let me explain, I have never ever used the underground, and rarely use trains, but was told it would be better than trying to drive!
The actual place I am trying to get to is
here
Or for those that do not want to click the link, its the upright MRI centre 44 Newman Street, London W1T 1QD

Ok, I was wondering where exactly you where headed. In London, GET THE TUBE. It's way more convenient than driving. Now, to get there from Euston, is a bit of a long walk tbh, and by bus you would have to go to the corner of Oxford street and Tottenham Court Road, then walk back up TCR. (The stop would be Centrepoint. You can catch a bus directly outside the train station.)
To stick to the tube you would change onto the southbound Northern Line at Euston, but the other branch from the one you came north on. You are coming north on the Bank line, change to the Charing Cross line (Heading South). Get off at Goodge Street, and its a short walk.
That may sound confusing, but it's simple really.
