Has anyone ever seen or heard of this item? How do I obtain this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. People on the help channel looked at me as if I was speaking an alien language when i asked about it. The mission is listed below

i belive the transmiter is an offer reward. ive been offered high-tech fire arms as in agent offers.

Yeah, it looks like the high-tech stuff comes from agent offers/rewards. Ive recently been given 125 High-Tech Manufacturing Tools

Thanks for your replies. 500 of them, Hell i would have to blow up a station to get that many and a 10 day period or so is not even close to the amount of time it would take to collect them all. Oh well, throw that one in the trash!
