Is there anything like RvB that is not in Gallente or Mimnitar space? I'd love to try it for a little while but I'm shoot on sight there, have been for a long time. Just the consequences of working for the Caldari Navy

well, the good news: we recently moved from our old home in Gallente Space!
The bad news: our New home... is still In Gallente Space >_<
the SIlver Lining: our old home was all 0.9 and 0.8 security space, while our new home is (by fluke) 0.5 - 0.7 space, and I believe that the local navy lets your rep slide more in lower security space... or is that only concord who does that?
other than that... Yeah, sisters missions, or find one of those level 1 agents that's supposed to always give you missions no mater your standing and start from the bottom.... I figure by the time you're done, you'll be so slavering to shoot anything that's Human controlled that you'll cry tears of joy upon joining.
That or you'll have a psychotic episode halfway through the grind... one or the other

Don't forget to train your diplomacy skill up too. I had to train it all the way to 5 for my stint in RvB, but it was well worth it.

Yeah... apparently, I've been very bad, my rep is close to -9 with either the Gallente or the Mimnatar, so this is going to take some effort.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but I think the career tutorial missions will also enhance your standings.

You are correct. The OP should look at the faction repair plan. That said, you shouldn't rush to use those agents. See, the thing is, you can only do those agents once. It's better to train up the skills that give you a standing boost for completing a mission. Then do those one shot missions.
Other options are trying to get storyline missions with Sisters of Eve, the Sisters of Eve epic, or storyline missions with Interbus I believe. I think those all boost standings to empire factions. It's not a huge boost, but it can help after a while.

Been grinding Sisters of Eve missions for a few days now trained Diplomacy up to 3 and social up to 3 have my charisma implant + 5 the level 1 charisma learning skill is at 5 and the level 2 charisma learning skill is at 4. My Gallente faction has moved from -8.24 to -8.22, like I said, this is going to take a while.

sisters of eve missions give a lil bit of standing to all 4 factions. I would find the highest quality lvl 1 agent who is part of the Gallente faction, and grind out missions with him.
Eventually you will get the storyline missions for that faction, which will give you a decent boost, each time you complete one.
Typically, doing storyline missions for a faction will cause you to lose standing with the opposing faction. however, the rate at which you gain standing is higher than the rate at which you lose it... so, if you go back and forth between faction agents, eventually they will be more balanced.

join some corporation that is in gallente or minmatar militia and take couple promotions and your standing is fixed. If you know what to do it takes from couple hours to couple days to fix your standing enough. If you have some friends who can help about getting standings, example splitting faction warfare missions, you can get it in a day.
