Im looking for 1 kill on 1 person. ,I can pay only 30 mill. I dont care what ship hes in be it a shuttle or figate. I want him popped. Kill mail for proof please.

amount of isk earned 1hr semi afk mission running : 50 million
amount of isk earnerd lurking, stalking, hanging outside station, target being in wrong ship, target going afk in station for three hours, target undocking in super tank, target in frigate insta warping, security drops, cost of insurance, cost of fittings...

I keep mailing people that say I will look into it or I will do it & nothing is happening. Ok Im going to push the reward up to 100 million today. Its only a killmail I want. This is my last offer.
Quoting the new guy above me(Abbot) I will happly do recce on target If you do need it.
Just arrange it with target for all I care.
