I'm having the same problem as these people:
Bug report on battleclinic
Same issue posted on these forums
The official response about the bug from the EVEMon team is it's "Nothing related to EVEMon. It's API problem that needs to be addressed at their side."
So, what say you CCP?

Have you looked at the API data to see what it shows?
Also, have you logged on since completing the skill? Unless they have changed it recently, skills do not show on the character sheet until after you log on.

Can you detail exactly what the problem you are experiencing is? Do you have a skill that EVEMon / the EVE API reports at a level lower than the EVE Client?
If, so, what skill and what levels? This character?
If not, then what are you experiencing?

The API data on eveonline.com is correct. And yes I've logged in and out many times, restarted EVEMon many times, and re-installed EVEMon. The problem persists.

I trained the Clarity skill to 5 around the time and date the API was shut down for an update. At that time, EVEMon correctly showed the skill completed. Sometime after, the skill in EVEMon reverted to being stuck at 92%(719,222/768,000) in EVEMon. Because this is a learning skill, is throws off EVEMon's ability to accurately calculate training times and skill-points per hour.

Seriously? *facepalms*. If you read the link on battleclinic, we have not only restarted our clients many times, but also even re-installed them. I wouldn't be posting here if the solution was that easy. Also, the problem I'm describing here is exactly the same as the problem in the threads I linked, my problem is no different from theirs. But since you insist on a detailed reiteration:
EVEMon is displaying a skill that I have trained to 5 erroneously, with about 50,000 skill-points missing. Since it's a learning based skill, EVEMon also displays me not having the point in the stat it should increase. This causes EVEMon to incorrectly display the skill, my character sheet, and skews the calculations of skill training time based on skill-points per hour. The game and API on eveonline.com display both the character sheet and skill correctly. This problem started sometime between today and the API update on the 3rd. Logging into EVE, restarting, and re-installing EVEMon do not fix the problem. And yes, the skill is on this character.

Several of the APIs are a bit problematic at the moment. See for example this other thread as to the learning skill issue (and a skill queue issue).

Same problem here, and its still a API-problem.
The Skill i trained between the extended downtime doesnt shown properly.
I trained the Explosive Armor Compensation Skill to lvl 4. In game all its fine.
But my Eve-Mon says: You only completed 37499 / 90510.
Restarted Eve-Mon several times, installed it several time, created new API-Keys. Nothing.
Made a test and skilled 9 points more (from 4 to 5 ingame). On the first API-Update it shows 90519 / 512000. But after that it changed again to 37499 / 90510.
Same problem for me with EFT. The same skill wont update per API to lvl 4...

Please hang with us over the weekend. I think I have found the cause, but obviously patching things up over the weekend might not be possible. I'll see what I can do though.
