Hacks may be the most underpowered t2 cruisers in EVE. Let me exlpain.
1/ hacks are defeated by a myrmadohn and myrnadohns cost only 30m and my munin cost 200
2/ hacks cannot compeet with recons like the falcon they just jam them and damp them
3/ hakcs cannot tank well for their cost they cost 200 and battleship cost 100 and they cant out tank it.
My fix: Give all hacks a 15% HP bonus. Give them 5% more resysts in all areas and double their sensor strenth

Gonna give my 2 cents
Ishtar can solo level 5 missions
Megathron and Dominix would be melted in less than 60 seconds.
To say that a Ishtar cannot tank a Myrmidon is just crazy your just not doing it right. Ishtar has naturally mych higher resists to thermal than a Myrm.
All in all your wrong :)

It's called a Nighthawk.
They camouflage themselves as a Ferox.
But they're crafty, stealthy and also travel backwards in time.
That's why very few people realize T2 Drakes existed since before Drakes existed.

Tell that to Pandemic Legion (and other nullsec groups) who kill capital/supercapital fleets with zealot fleets + guardian support.

Just in case any newbies are reading this and thinking the OP has a point:
- bc/bs = slower, more physical tank, dps
- hacs = fast, agile, lower sig, higher scan res
Most hacs can eat up small sips like cookies.
