It seems CCP screwed development on Dust 514 and let some fanbois take care of it. It was also a very bad idea to let minmatar dudes write the 3D engine and design the environment :/

On a more serious note, game is called Perpetuum Online, and really feels like "Eve Online on the ground". And seeing how they copied Eve almost 1:1, it would be nice if CCP could copy their skill system which is really an improvment over the one we have here (you also get "XP" at a fixed rate while account is active, except it's stocked in a pool until you decide to use it on a char)

Now as for the skill system, sounds a little lazy to me.

And installer downloading 20kb/s... Not gonna check it out...

Locked because the title can be misinterpreted to sound like DUST 514 is in beta. This is not true. Also the screenshot of the game in discussion is not EVE Online but another game. If you wish to discuss this other game please create a new topic in the Out of Pod section without a deceiving title.
