I personally am quite sick of going to jita and seeing all the trade window scams.
So i thought of a creative way to combat this .
Simply spam said scammer with endless trade windows.
I have done this twice with great results ...first time guy logged and didnt come back,second time i got petitioned for harrassment,which i think is bullcrap.
I have done nothing to verbally harrass said players and it would all stop if i didnt have to look at them trying to scam people.
I dont think it is very fair of CCP to tell me that i risk further action if i keep doing this as i am simply giving them a dose of their own stupidity ..the would be scammers that is.
Again i did nothing to verbally harrass these players and was simply playing the game a different way.
If CCP is going to continue to tell me that ****ing off scammers is against their rules and i can take no action to combat them i may just be forced to cancell all 3 of my accounts.

Congratulations on being a failure.
If you don't want to see people spamming chat with scams, just right-click their name, and click that magic little Block button. By docking up and spamming trade windows with them, you are actually harassing them worse than anything they are doing.

TL;DR OP doesn' know about the block button.
Also, he got scammed yesterday and was spamming ZOMG [insert name] IS A SCAMMER in local and IMO that is much more annoying then trade window scams.

Seriously. How boring would EVE be with no scammers, pirates , griefers ect...Just block them if they bother you so bad. Or better yet read their scams, read their contract history and be happy you were not dumb enuff to fall for it. You were smart enuff not to fall for their scam right?

ofc i was smart enough to not get scammed...matter of fact i scammed an isk scammer outa some isk the previous night.
i just enojy making scammers days brighter

I once made a 'want a gift' contract to someone who was being annoying in local. He accepted it thereby giving me a whopping 50m isk gift. He got mad and evemailed me about it. I told him I had no intention of repaying him so he mailed my CEO. Seeing as that was also one of my characters I replied to that to tell him to shut up or face consequences.
He spent a week trade spamming me in station and crying in local until I had to petition him.
He got a week ban for his efforts. In fairness I had already warned him this was likely to happen.
OP. please cry more, harassment is far worse than spamming local and scamming.
