Ditch the idea and find something that doesnt rely on drones? from my experiances, they piop too fast to be usefull. i use mine for getting agro off me if the situation calls for it.
This is why any non-drone ship is preferred, such as the Cane, the Drake, or better, an Amarr boat (little cargo space used by ammo) Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of themself without that law is both. |

Pretty much what he said.
Drones in a wormhole almost always die far too quickly unless you're using Warrior IIs, and even then they are only really useful as aggro magnets against the BS spawns who can't track them. You can ignore what he said about the ammo though, since the only loot you'll be getting from Sleepers takes up hardly any space at all. He's right about going with a Hurricane or Drake though, they're pretty much the best you can get for a Class 1 wormhole without getting in to the T3 cruisers.

Id wait for a Battlcruiser, your going to need three high slots possibly taken for probe launcher/cloak/salvager and maybe a couple of mids for an analyzer and codebreaker, your then going to need quite a good tank, 400dps omnitank and some weapons as drones are useless in W-space.

the vexor is not the worst possible choice, but it *is* terribad.
Don't be drone reliant.

If more than 2 frigates fire at you they will alpha you to death. Cruisers generally lack enough buffer to handle the pounding that Sleepers can dish out.

... Drones aren't quite as bad as folks make them out to be. If you can manage your drones even remotely well you'll only lose one or two.
That being said, a Drake or Tengu is still a better choice.

You can do C1s in T1 cruisers, C2s in Hacs, so a Vexor will work just fine. But even C1 sleepers will hit your drones hard... Be careful and try, imo.
