This lottery is provided for the aspiring fleet miner or for the reseller of won merchandise. The prize is a completely T2 fitted fleet of Hulks including rigs.

** Ships are not fitted to ease transport. Assembly Required. **
How It Works:
- Each Ticket Costs 10 Million Isk.
- You may buy any number of tickets.
- Purchase tickets by sending 10 Million Isk per ticket to Beltan Kelara in game with reason Dream_Miner2.
- 1 ticket would = 10 million Isk, 2 tickets = 20 million Isk, 5 tickets = 50 million Isk.
- Tickets will be automatically calculated based on how much you send and can be reviewed here.
- The winning lottery ticket number will be rolled using Chribba's Dice here.
- The only case in which a refund will be given is if we run out of tickets while making your purchase.
- However; If there is a problem with your tickets (IE you paid but your tickets do not show up after the tracker updates) contact me in game for a solution.
