suggest you ask 3-3.5 billion. The mining implant adds significant value.

While those are all desirable things, to really be able to give you a fair assessment of the character you should put him on eveboard and post the link so we can see the character as a whole. SP and other skills may add to the overall value of the character above what they have quoted you.

How do you estimate the value of a toon? is it:
Price per time card x Number of months training + extra's?
Or is it just what ever you fancy selling it for?
Seem some 11m pilots go for 4 Bill?

alot of it depends on current demand for a certain type of toon, but generally I see PvP/PvE combat toons go for more than their Indy counterparts of the same skill level, also you are going to get more if your toon is very tightly trained to the specification you intended. I would ask between 3.5-4 bil if I were you assuming all your other skill points support your current scheme and aren't useless...Also those +5 implants are a HUGE chunk of change so those up the value by quite a bit (.5 bil)

Assuming you did some focused training you can probably find your minimum price with :
Training Time * GTC price + skill book value + implants value + transfer cost
Might not go higher (or not even reach that value on chars that trained for too many different careers) on low-demand chars and quite higher on very focused/demanded chars.
