I've just bought an enyo and ike it alot apart from one thing - it's only got 2 med slots! So i was wondering if anyone's managed to take on an inty without using a webber as i'm worried that 125s just won't be able to keep up with a fast orbiting inty.

killed crusader with it
with good gunnery skills and level 4 AF you wont have problems hitting intys even close ones like taranis, just try to stay as far as possible...
and BTW congrats with your ship, its awsome with right setup

use a webber... I orbitted my corpmates enyo at 500m and he could not hit me in a crow... if you got yer skills right he should be dead if he's stupid enough to get close to you.
if you feel the need for a scrambler drop the mwd/ab...
dont fly AF's myself but you really dont need a mwd on them

mwd is useless in a Afrig, at least in PvP.

MWD in AF will negate your size advantage, and not give enough speed for it to be a bigger advantage. Use AB with it, cruisers won't hit you anyway.

Thanx for the info - shame they keep the med slot instead of the launcher slot though imo.

you dont need MWD for pvP in AF==???
gues you have nerver used AF, so dont talk about something you dont know, my MWD on my enyo helped me kill lots of stuff and also helped me escape hopeless situations.....so mwd is a must atleast on my Enyo.....if you got ship like harpy its better to fit web or soemthing..

remember that when inty MWD to you it wont start orbiting 500m right away, it'll go to far or 2 close, and you should realy be able to kill it whyle it trying to get close..

Assault frig.
I wouldnt go without a webber on it.
On a ranged frig, like harpy, mwd is not needed, as you can switch ranges from 0 to 70 km quite quickly.
I lost a harpy last nite, but without web, i would have lost it much faster.
Scenario was :
I decloak at the gate, 2 taranis warp in. I engage both, start fireing, engage and disangage web on one, 10 sec later it dies. Start shooting at the 2nd one, no need to web it, as it was a ranged one, 125mm  10 sec later its in structure, warps away, a thorax warps in about 10km away. I web it, and choose keep range at current. Pling, pling, his armor down, his drones are bugging me but no big deal, another thorax warps in 2km away  , end of story  Good fight tho, props 
Thing is, you need a webber

the problem with hybrids is that you can have either a weapon with very good tracking and very bad range, or a weapon that have relatively good range but bad tracking. There is no middle ground.
For an AF to be effective, you need to be able to hit something orbiting you at 500m, and something orbiting you at 15km. The Enyo can't do both without a web.
I'm not sure it apply to amarr AFs, as their pulse lasers have both a decent range and a good tracking.
