hello all, i'm looking for a good natured factory owner in the Yulai X DED station to build my Raven for me.
I have all minerals and a BPC required for a PE 5 to work their magic. i am willing to pay for this service of course.

make sure they are trustworthy vamp, and if possible trade minerals and bpc for a raven straight away if they build them in buld

Um, why don't you just buy a one run BPC and make your own Raven?

because he has no PE 5, but all other things such as bpc or minerals.
maybe clean your glasses, karl?  
he is just seeking someone with PE 5, that makes the raven for him for a lower price, than he would need to invest in additional minerals, when building on his own.
if he has no PE at all that could be 20% of the mineral cost of a raven. so he could save a few milions, if he finds someone.
BTW: if you do not find someone in yulai to build it, i have PE at 5 and factories in amarr. :) but you would need to get the minerals overhere. |

have factories in Vay (6 jumps from Yulai) and have PE 5, I can build it for you if you have problems getting anyone else.....in case there's a factory slot in yulai x, I can build it there for you as well, convo me in-game.

By the time he locates someone with PE5, he could have mined the extra minerals to make up the loss in efficiency. 
Or better yet train to PE3 (which can be done in a day) and build yourself. If he's got enough minerals for the basic blueprint with PE0 then he certainly has enough for PE3.
But don't let common sense get in the way of your hypothesis.

i would have built it myself if i had anything resembling production/mining skills :(
however, marakolli built it and i thank him wholeheartedly, i can trust the guy with over 100mil worth of mins, so i guess you can trust him with your swedish wife!
