New Eden Research is now recruiting high-sec POS owners.
The ideal applicant will have:
* A well-defended medium or large tower in high-sec space.
* Multiple labs anchored with free ME/PE slots or the grid/CPU to anchor more labs as needed.
* Multiple stations with free, cheap corp office space in the same system as the tower.
Dues: Yes, there are monthly dues to offset our alliance maintenance fee. Starbase owner corps must pay 10m per month. The first month is free.
Special offer: POSes in Minmatar space will receive the first three months free.
This a chance for inventor corps to make some extra ISK from idle ME/PE slots.
You are free to set your own fees for ME/PE slot rental. Alliance standard is 15k/hour for ME.

Minmatar Space a couple jumps from 0.0
7 labs currently (mix of regular & advanced)
Plenty of CPU/Power Grid to expand
so joining alliance I could anchor more labs and assign them strictly to alliance use?

I have an alt which now trains for industrial use.
I planned on anchoring a small POS in minmatar hisec for personal use only, then I stumbled on this ad...
If I decide to invest ISK into a full caldary tower (36 ME + 36 PE + 12 copy + 60 invention slots) along with max ****star defence (24 ecm batteries) - do you have ppl who will rent out 30+ ME slots 24/7 (ill be utilising 3-4 myself... rest is to let)... I dont rely on ppl renting out PE slots, so I would leave it (dirt) cheap - something like NPC price...

I do manage to rent out 30 slots 24/7 in Gallente space, and Minmatar space has even less labs then Gallente currently, so your chances are good.
You may with to compare the fuel costs and fittings to a Gallente tower. The isotopes for a Caldari can be expensive.
Finally, I'd recommend against going full ****star, fit some guns so they lose ships as well as patience. |
