HOW IT WORKS
* This lottery will consist of 1370 tickets.
* Tickets for this Lottery are 5mil.
* Lottery numbers will be unlocked once all tickets are purchased.
* Ticket Numbers are given out randomly with API Software.
* To purchase tickets, send isk to in game character Lotto49 with the reason field of Lotto49-83
* Winners will be announced Via-mail list "lotto-49" and given a 2 week prize contract to claim their prize(s).
* If for whatever reason the lottery does not sell out in a timely fashion, Lottery will become a non-profit lottery, Prize list will be updated to equal ticket revenue and draw will be made.
This lottery uses Chribba's Dice-API tool.. Its a tool that picks a random number(s) before the lottery Starts/Finishes and locks it (no one including myself or Grendell can ever see these locked number(s) until thier unlocked). Grendell will be Securing and using this tool to do the Draw
