o/ all,
usually I am a carebear. a big fluffy nice guy floating around in my systems, mining my own business and grazing astrofruits while drinking quafe.
however,
one person has managed to **** me off quite badly. let's just say he managed to **** off me, my corp, my alliance and all my blues in a timespan of 48 hrs, keeping me from sleeping for 24 of those 48 hrs (yeh being a diplo can be a real hassle) and finally scamming my corp for 750 mil. and all this by a selfrighteous, ignorant, arrogant bastard. you might know this guy, if you do then you know what I'm talking about.
so I thought of a nice way to settle this matter.
I hereby would like to start a contest by the name of
Stokar Fest!!!
the rules are simple:
*find stokar
*kill stokar
*send me the killmail
*repeat
the person who sends me the most killmails before christmas receives an appropriate sum of 750 milion isk.
the end date of the contest is december 26th.

I doubt you will get a lot of action on this.
If you want the real good ones to go after him then you need a confirmed payment.
You should contact Cribba or another universally trusted 3rd party and request he hold onto the final payout for a small cut. He will then post in the thread to confirm the payout. He will also filter the people who kill his Bantam 50 times to split the money with him.
Those are how most professional bounties are put out.

Just leave him an EVE Mail he is on quite often and never refuses jobs unless they are scams. A simple Bounty is usually no problem.

finding a way to secure the contest with chribba. meanwhile, the first killmails are dripping in... :) so for those waiting for the official start: it has allready begun. if you wanna join this awesome seek-and-destroy battle: best do it now, before the others get too far ahead of you... yes! He will JUST hide with his main in a NPC corp while you waste ISK for a dec.
There are a lot of ways to hide from war.
