* Ticket Numbers are given out randomly with API Software.
* Winners will be announced Via-mail list "lotto-49" and given a 2 weeks to claim their prize(s).
* If for whatever reason the lottery does not sell out in a timely fashion, Lottery will become a non-profit lottery, Prize list will be updated to equal ticket revenue and draw will be made.

Its currently at 70% Sold, not sure why it isn't updating, i'm assuming it has something to do with the new patch, it will be fixed soon! If not i'll manually push them threw, sorry guys.
