I see no reason to endorse your little campaign, Msr. Octirant. If you want me on your side, you'll have to do better than this. Happy hunting.

Originally by: Vendrin AS for entropy, the rubble and corrupt wreckage of what is left of the State has to be moved aside before anything new can be built Aria.
You won't be able to construct anything that will suit you better, Vendrin. You saw what the Caldari people chose to put in power, given the chance: a reactionary arch-traditionalist. Why? Because the Caldari people believe in the Caldari way of life. They just didn't care for the greed-driven fools at the top.
Even if you somehow manage to do what the entire Federation continuously fails at, you will not like what emerges from the ashes. And if you try to force the issue as King Vendrin?
Ha. You are easily as ill-suited to lead a nation of humans as I am; gods grant you are not fool enough to try.
I have no problem with what the Caldari people want, or the Caldari way of life as it is supposed to be. My problem is with those that continually pervert what the Caldari have tried to build, whether that is corrupt CEOs or corrupt Provists.
And maybe I won't like what emerges from the ashes, but if one day in the millenia ahead someone manages to succeed, at least they'll have the chance to try without the rotted interior of a crumbling building to build off of.
And don't mistake me Aria, I never claimed to want to lead them, I can't even be one of them.
In the end Aria, we both agree I'm a traitor, and disagree on whether you are. It doesn't really matter though, because we can both live with what we have become. We just have different names for it. And honestly, there are far better things for the both of us to do then argue over our titles.
Good hunting Aria. Thanks for contributing to a shattered dream, even if it was only for a little while.

Well I tried to make a fast buck by selling this event to major media chains like The Scope (that I was a member for several years) and IGN :
Originally by: Saxon Hawke
http://www.arcadianewsnetwork.net/?p=402
And they showed interest and amazement about their contacts not having told them about the headline:
"INTAKI ASSEMBLY DISCUSSING SECESSION IN CLOSE DOORS".
But after some time the presses had to stop because nobody could verify the history and the Intaki Assembly officially denied such an event.
So I went to my Military and Black Eagle contacts to see if something was afoot but nothing... business as usual.
The only conclusion is that again ILF paid someone in some obscure media to create more rabble-rousing and lie on their behalf.
Nothing new just the old tricks of Mr. Hawke.
PS: Next time you want to entertain us Mr. Hawke I would advice contacting Muck Raker of Gutter Press and her articles at least make us laugh sometimes.

They let this guy be in charge of defending innocents?
How much have your government puppet-masters promised you for this pack of lies?
When your government parades military officers around publicly to lie through their teeth, deceiving the public away from the truth that the government is not universally loved, respected, and admired by all...you might not really be a democracy anymore.
Although there is a chance you're telling the truth and that neither you or any of your war buddies ever heard about this because you're all oblivious to anything going on with other cultures, even in your own borders.

Corruption is inherent to the process of trying to put theory into practice. You can minimize it, but it will always be there. Societies have to be habitats for people, after all.
In the State, the limiting factor is the traditional society. Those who drift too far from it can expect a backlash, such as the one that swept Tibus Heth into power. Another could sweep him out just as easily.
You may have no problem with the Caldari people or the society as it is "supposed" to be, but an ideal is easy to support. It's what happens when that ideal meets reality that will always trouble you. And on the basis of how it troubles you, you presently place your own judgment before that of the Caldari people.

Spoken with a Fractionite's optimism. You'll need a lot more mosquitoes to pose a credible threat to Leviathan, Vendrin-- and if you get them, it won't be your revolution anymore.
Quote: And don't mistake me Aria, I never claimed to want to lead them, I can't even be one of them.
That you "can't be one of them" is an enormous pity. But I can sympathize.
As for leadership, it's good that you are not that much of a fool.
Quote: In the end Aria, we both agree I'm a traitor, and disagree on whether you are.
Yes, though apparently you've tired of defending your reasons for thinking so. Very well.
However....
Quote: ... honestly, there are far better things for the both of us to do then argue over our titles.
Titles are not trivial things, Vendrin. If you name me a traitor, you insult not only me, but also my ancestors and my surviving family. I have brought the Sujui more than enough grief without adding that final shame to the mix.
This issue is more than personal.
Quote: Thanks for contributing to a shattered dream, even if it was only for a little while.
Yes-- I look back on that period as one of mostly-happy naivete. You were FC when my original self died, as I recall. Not that that was in any way your fault.
Farewell, then. May wisdom find you.

For once show us were else but in some obscure media production that only talks about Intaki and your lousy propaganda is there ANY reference to such a meeting ?
Just once Intaki separatists provide for me the thing you have always asked me for and I always provided : PROOF.
Talk is cheap but I know that is all you can do.

The track record on providing proof lately is an endless moving of the goalposts by disputing the validity of any source that confirms what has been asked for.
Most people would recognize this as the ultimate form of utter refusal to even validate the other person's viewpoint, also known as "denial".

On the contrary, our activities and partnerships have helped suppress crime and enable commercial growth.
Once again, simply because you are not aware of efforts made and activities engaged in doesn't mean they don't exist or have no significance. |

My media watch team started running the ANN feed alongside the bigger networks about a year ago when their viewership spiked. ANN is a collaborative network of freelancers and fringe journalists that appeals to a certain... demographic. Their editors are definitely Syndicate-friendly, I'll say that much. So far as I can tell, however, they do not tend to fabricate content wholesale, General.
Now that I think about it, Scope still gets a good bit of advertising revenue from questionable sources. Remember that Zainou cover-up? If they're not running with this little display from the Sahjans, it makes you wonder... How many media outlets can the ILF buy?
(Oh, sorry, should I have capitalized the 'm' in 'media' there?)
It's a big cluster. Look under the right rock and you can find all sorts of nasty things. Thankfully we've got good men like General Hussain ready to smash them back down when they crop up. Carry on, sir!

Clearly our message was heard and cooler heads have prevailed. The Nationalist Party commends Chairman Zheet Chandrark of the Intaki Assembly Interstellar Relations Committee for his wise leadership and considers the matter closed as a point of political action. Of course, we remain in strict contention to the merits of pro-secessionist arguments in the forum of theoretical debate.
