Hey CCP,
Good update, alot of awesome and need fixs! keep up the good work!
That being said is it possible to make a Disable button for the new "Moduel Mouseover" effect?
I like the effect and i can clearly see its geared towards the newer player in eve, but as a eve player of 4 years i feel that it gets in the way when i pvp. the info that is displayed i eaither A) already know or B) open my tactical overlay and check the bubbels.
So my question is can we get a disable button for it? im shure the older eve gamer will vaule it.

Or use hot keys, then you don't see tooltip at all.

they dont need to disable it though that option would be nice in the UI escape menu, but they need to add atleast a short 2 second mouse over delay |

How about follow the standard in almost every other app that uses tooltips, and add a tooltip delay?
It's really annoying seeing these pop-up nonstop, and it's pretty distracting. I don't need to see this information every single time i use a mod.
Looks like an alpha implementation.

We updated the new module button tooltips today, Friday, in Inferno 1.2.2, based on your feedback.
