Um... before calling someone else a scrub, you should really brush up on basic game mechanics.
If you are in a pod, and dock at a station at which you have no other ship, you will get the notification mail from Pend stating they regret the loss of your ship,and heres a shiny new <insert noob frigate here> and complimentary 1 trit. I have velators all over the known universe because of this.
Now, if he had a mail saying "oh so sorry you lost your ship, heres the basic insurance value of your ship", then that would show the hulk got popped.

First simply because your password wasn't changed doesn't mean you weren't hacked and second you could just as easily ejected it in space then docked and logged or just simply had your hulk blown up then docking and log :p

Nobody knows, he needs to petition it and not be a dummy all over C&P. According to one of his directors, they have no loss mail for it. It just went "poof" while he was logged off.

A similar thing happened to me back in early 2006 when i first started playing EVE. I was in a high sec asteroid belt mining Trit in my Osprey gatheering Minerals to build my first BS.
The whole of eve had apparently crashed but when i logged back in my pod was left sat in the belt i was mining at and no Osprey.
I petitioned it and just waited.
After Downtime the next day i find my Osprey sitting in my hangar in the system it vanished in. I thought it was CCP reimbursing my ship. Until the next day i logged in and found a mail from CCP letting me know they have reimbursed my Osprey along with a SECOND Osprey in my hangar.
Caching....Profit:)
Yeah i know an Osprey isnt much of a profit lol but i was only a we noob at the time mining to build my first Battleship (A Megathron).

Judging by your knowledge of game mechanics, you should be a GM. Corporation kill/loss mails can be viewed under the wars tab for a corp.

You probably left your cloak on when you got out of it. Just wait until we can walk in station and you'll likely bump into it.
For future reference, I've developed a new rig called "The Clapper". Just wire your cloak through it next time and clap the cloak on/off. This problem will never happen again. Mail me, in-game, for pricing.

lulz, I think we should focus on this for a moment... Is the 8 year old spending enough time on Eve to justify his own account?
Send em out to play, let em grow up and get laid... THEN let them get addicted to MMO's. I think we've all seen one happens to the ones that get hooked to early...
