Hi
I am selling off this toon as i no longer need it for my future plans. He can run 10 building and research slots. He has a set of +4's except Charisma. He also has a F60 Beancounter hardwiring which gives you 4% reduction in build time. He has nearly 3.5mil in Learning.

I do see your point but i thought the fact that i had previously accepted a 3bil buyout offer may have given the idea of what i am looking to get and thank you very much for your bid.

Thank you oiyun for your improved bid. I did some quick working out this morning and i think 3 bil is a fair buyout tbh based on the figures below.
13 mil sp based on 250mil per 1 mil sp = 3.25bil
plus the implants and hardwiring and the fact it is pretty focused in the role he plays and the nice learning skills to boot so that has got to make him worth at least 3.5 - 4bil.

You are absolutely right. I value it where it is because the ship skills have no value to me.
And on that note I am going to retract my offer so this char can go to someone who can make better use of all its skills.

With the announcement today by CCP about removing all learning skills from the game and allowing you to redistribute your total learning sp this could make for an interesting character in December so i have decided to remove him from sale.
