I'm willing to go to 1.6b (full disclosure: Kal'tr'zed is my alt).
This is a station trading/Jita Refine alt, and won't be a datacore alt without a bunch of work.
You haven't trained Research, Research Project Management, or Negotiation at all. Connections is only at III, and you only have two research skills, and they're only trained up to II.
Also the Caldari Navy doesn't have datacore agents and that your Lai Dai standings will give you L3 agents, at best.
So pretty much I'm willing to pay you 750m for the trading alt, 750m for your standings, and 100m to get it sooner rather than later. That's pretty fair.

I have never used the datacore R&D agents, was just throwing out there another way to make isk with this toon.
I used him to help people grind up their CN standings and as a salvager. Makes a nice combo.
Broker rate at Jita is under .3% with these standings.
As for the level of R&D agents, it shows that with over a 7.1 modified faction standing, he could use all L4 Lai Dai R&D agents. Though I know that would take some additional skills.
I would take 1.8b, otherwise I will hold out and finish a few more skills and try again at end of this 30 days I have.

My offer stands at 1.6b. Good luck getting more for an account you can train in trial time + one month.

I agree the value of this toon is not in the skills, but the faction and CN standing.
