Lo there peeps!
I havn't done combat for 6 months (me = carebear) and now i wanna start again i decided to have a go at complexes.
Obviously i am gonna start at the basics, so need a frig. Currently i can use minmatar the best, amarr second, and caldari third, but currently unable to fly gallente frigs.
Which frig should i choose to start with? and a set-up please!
Also once i have got past the "warm-up" phase of 1/10 - whatever tech1 frigs can do what ship should i be aiming for?
Thanks for any help.
Oh yeah also, i have all gunnery skills to lvl 3+ and electronics etc to lvl 5 and stuff like that.

The Rifter's a good choice. The Breacher can be fun, too, if you prefer missiles.

personally id say kestrel with mega missile spammage may be best for you.
fit 4 standard launchers with em / thermal / thermal / ex missiles.
afterburner shield booster and shield hardner with overdrives in low.
if youve not pvp'd for a while this ship is most versatile

How can you not sugest the only missile the bonus aplies too?

actually i don't think my missile skills are that good, and i never said anything about PvP!
The kestral set-up is obvious. any suggestions for good set-ups on the rifter or punisher for starting complexes?
I will get the desty skill while i am doing these ones so i can use a destroyer for the slightly harder ones or whatever i suppose.

Punisher:
3 dual light pulse
MWD, Web
1 sml t2 armor rep, and 3 cap relays
can tank like no other
