How come this setup has the tank broken by only 4 BC at a time, doing Kinetic and Explosive, which are what I concentrated on? Oh and it's completely stable at 4 full bars left on Cap.

learn to overheat, your tank is mostly okay, so if it begins to break overheat a little to help :)

i'd like to think that more dps and speed should see you doing allot better overall.

Because you're effectively (omni)armour-tanking and have kinetic and especially explosive as your lowest resists. ùùù ôIf you're not willing to fight for what you have in ≡v≡à you don't deserve it, and you will lose it.ö ù Karath Piki |

Pull the DCU and the plate (plates are for frigates with extra slots) use 2 hardners for primary damage type and 1 for any other damage types. A standard dual rep setup for the harby should be more than enough for the situation you are in.

for missions you will want more DPS, as soon as you kill the npc, less tank you will need, I used to use a dual rep Harb but with some heat synk

a GREAT mission ship i use goes like this
Damage Control II Medium Armor Repairer II Armor Kinetic Hardener II Armor Kinetic Hardener II Armor Explosive Hardener II Armor Explosive Hardener II
Afterburner to size Cap Recharger II Cap Recharger II Cap Recharger II
Med Pules Lasers x 6(whatever ones fit for you) Small Tractor Beam I Salvager I
Hammerhead II x 5
Trimark I x 3
I have never gotten to half armor with this setup and do plenty of dps to take down 4-5 BS at a time If crap goes bad just overheat the repper for a bit and ur back in business

You are using a Small Tractor beam & a Salvager on a ship that has 7 Turret slots. Remove the tractor beam and get close to the wrecks, then put in your last Turret and it will help you survive longer by applying better damage.
Experiment with EANMs instead of the hardeners. While it might take down your resists in 2 categories, it will raise it in 2 others, and enable you to be cap stable longer. I would imagine you could change out your CCC rigs for either Trimarks or Nano rigs to help with repping. Here would be my suggestion for a Harby.
[Harbinger, Harbinger: ] EANM II EANM II Damage Control II Medium Armor Repairer II Heat Sink II Heat Sink II
Afterburner II Cap Recharger II Cap Recharger II Cap Recharger II
Heavy Anode Pulse Particle Stream I Heavy Anode Pulse Particle Stream I Heavy Anode Pulse Particle Stream I Heavy Anode Pulse Particle Stream I Heavy Anode Pulse Particle Stream I Heavy Anode Pulse Particle Stream I Heavy Anode Pulse Particle Stream I Salvager I
Medium Capacitor Control Circuit I Medium Trimark I Medium Trimark I
Two more things I thought about while I put that fit together. Make sure you train up the Armor compesation skills to 4; it will help give better resists with the EANMs. Your cap doesn't have to be Cap stable at 100% according to in game; in the fittings window (while docked) turn off the AB and see if you are stable, if so then go out and mission. If you get in trouble and have to gain some distance then stop the lasers while you run the AB if you are concerned about cap. Cap management is something to remember when playing with Amarr.

Double hardener, double repper is probably a better bet for a PvE boat than throwing in the random adaptive and DCU. The advantage of the DCU is all the buffer it adds to shield and hull, if you're running missions you should be able to keep the damage on armor where it belongs... and double hardener is important since kin/exp are your ****ty resists to begin with. A single hardener only brings your exp to, what, 60%? The difference between 60% resist and 80% (second hardener) is a big one.
(Using 50% instead of whatever hardener II actually is, too lazy to look it up.) ---

If you're fitting a EANM to a missionship you're usually doing it wrong.
Harbie isn't a good ship against angels, but this:
[Harbinger, Crazy Man] Heat Sink II Medium Armor Repairer II Armor Explosive Hardener II Armor Explosive Hardener II Damage Control II Armor Kinetic Hardener II
Cap Recharger II Cap Recharger II Cap Recharger II Y-S8 Hydrocarbon I Afterburners
Heavy Pulse Laser II, Scorch M Heavy Pulse Laser II, Scorch M Heavy Pulse Laser II, Scorch M Heavy Pulse Laser II, Scorch M Heavy Pulse Laser II, Scorch M Heavy Pulse Laser II, Scorch M Heavy Pulse Laser II, Scorch M [empty high slot]
Medium Auxiliary Nano Pump I Medium Auxiliary Nano Pump I Medium Capacitor Control Circuit I
Hobgoblin II x5 Warrior II x5 is more than adequate for all lvl 3s
Because of less than perfect skills on my amarr toon, I did angel extravaganza yesterday in this:
[Harbinger, Crazy Man] Heat Sink II Medium Armor Repairer II Armor Explosive Hardener II Armor Explosive Hardener II Armor Kinetic Hardener II Power Diagnostic System II
Cap Recharger II Cap Recharger II Cap Recharger II Y-S8 Hydrocarbon I Afterburners
Heavy Modal Laser I, Imperial Navy Multifrequency M Heavy Modal Laser I, Imperial Navy Multifrequency M Heavy Modal Laser I, Imperial Navy Multifrequency M Heavy Modal Laser I, Imperial Navy Multifrequency M Heavy Modal Laser I, Imperial Navy Multifrequency M Heavy Modal Laser I, Imperial Navy Multifrequency M Heavy Modal Laser I, Imperial Navy Multifrequency M [empty high slot]
Medium Auxiliary Nano Pump I Medium Auxiliary Nano Pump I Medium Capacitor Control Circuit I
Hobgoblin II x5 Warrior II x5
Never got below 1 rep-cycle in armor damage...
