As the title says, I'm on the lookout for a (preferably) Minmatar dread capable character, but I will look at your amarr specced toons aswell.
You dont have to be maxed out SP wise in caps, but the better... the better..
Other skills I consider a plus (besided the obvious ones) is your racial cruiser V, HAC, Logi, good drone skills and tanking ability's.
I have a budget at around 10bil, but I can maybe stretch that to 12bil if your character is exactly what I'm looking for.
Please post your offers here and not in-game as I'm not on much these days.

Highly focused Amarr Dread character(still needs work to be perfect)
Decent in ships subcapital, altho focused in amarr, but can easily be diverted into minmatar if that is your fancy, you wouldnt really need to put much attention into the capital side of this character
Amarr Dread 5
Capital energy turret 5
Gunnery support skills 5
Armor compensation skills 5
Good rounded auxillary skills(1-2 mill SP would make it shine)
Please feel free to make an offer, preferably on the forums, as i rarely check this characters mailbox
