PRICING:
Prices for basic offices begin at 5 million ISK. Offices in prime locations or those with numerous services will be a bit more expensive. Similarly, due to the sheer lack of space and high demand, offices in distant regions (Curse, Venal, Fountain, etc.) will be a bit more costly as well. But since the larger corporations in those distant regions can make hundreds of millions of ISK per day mining high-end ore, affordability shouldnÆt be an issue. PLEASE NOTE: We will be as reasonable as we can û we are motivated to dump a large number of these offices! MAKE ME AN OFFER!
PAYMENT:
We used to require 50% payment up front and 50% after transfer was complete. But, weÆve had too many people refuse to pay after they took control of their office. We can determine a good payment option when we make the deal.

Sorry, but i cannot resist to answer to this post.
Did you never think in this months that 200 offices for a corp are too many and that many others cannot find any for people like you and that you should free them without pay any?
You take in few sistems 10 (TEN) offices in the same ******* sistem.
For sure you will continue to keep them if now they don't cost milions each month, isn't?

They were given a situation and took advantage of it, don't hate him. Although I bet the rents are going to start to******him soon  .

I'm Mr. Alt Ceo and the offices I had out in syndicate were getting expensive, like 980k/month or however long the rental period was, thankfully syndicate has gotten some new residents which wanted the office.
980k/month was way too much for an alt like me to afford. I bet some of these corps with a ton of offices are starting to feel it in their wallet.

Perhaps you'd like to pool your alliance funds and buy our Stain offices from us. At least that way you know who has them. We don't do background checks so we don't know if we sell them to your enemies or not. Same for Curse, Venal, etc.

I just bought an office at Jel - Moon 20 - Federation Navy Assembly Plant. Game was bugged but we eventually got there, and at points had to trust each other. Not a problem with this transaction, recomended to all :) enjoy

After careful consideration I decided to only acquire the Ainalle office from Playboy Enterprises. As a token for my goodwill and the change of mind I gave the representative from Playboy Enterprises 1M ISK.
Trade was fair done and I am now a happy owner of a office in Ainalle to help my corporation grow.

Thanks for the business everyone. My apologies to those who have had to wait. Demand has been brisk and it takes a while to fly 40+ jumps to unrent these things. Unfortunately, it seems that you need director's access to unrent an office (I thought you only needed the 'rent office' rights). As such, I can't just send junior members to do the deed. Your patience is appreciated.

I have recently released a bunch of offices in nonni, tourier, alenia, jita, etc. I say don't pay for the offices and bunkrupt his corp. no one WANTS to be paying 200mil + every month for offices they don't use.
