I can't make a meet but i couldn't help but notice Chester mentioned. Do we have fellow Cestrians in here? I'm in Hoole.

I'll attend. I'm just down the road anyway.
I thought we'd have to wear some attire so as to be visual distinguishable, but seeing as it's 2-3pm I don't think we'll need that, i'll have a crafty smoke outside and probably a bitter in my hand anywhoo.
I'll drag another EVE'r along who happens to reside in my flat, and pays half the rent... not an alt.. although i'll bring one of those too
If we're out for the long haul, I'll happily play tour guide.

Arndale Car Park, (the city centre mall), not so expensive, and open fairly late, though please check.
Also not far away. Uh for free, you might be lucky somewhere down Bridge Street, but couldn't say for sure. NCP usually rip your wallet in city centre, and red caps are a pain in the rectum for curb parking, so good luck.
my money would be on the Arndale.

if i've read everyone's intent right and all the possibles and possible +'s come too we have a grand total of 27coming at this moment in time =)
i would of been happy with 15 but this is getting better
