What should I be using with this epic arc set of missions?

the sheer amount of tracking disruptors makes it unbearably difficult to solo in a turret ship, or possibly the rattlesnake for its passive tanking capability (there will be neuts and nos). and if you decide to get the sansha standing and the shield implant you have to go to lowsec but is doable in a nighthawk

raven may/may not depending on how often you **** up and shoot the triggers, golem has it easier (less ammo required and better shield boosting)
reason why I say this is that the rats doing the TDs are the triggers usually.
just be aware it may not be worth it. amarr path gets you a fancy armor implant (maybe standing too I don't know)

I used an armor tanked machariel. Worked great. tracking disrupters are kinda a pain but w/ 3x tracking comps wasn't an issue. If you can run any lvl 4 no problem you should be fine.

I can't fly a golem, so I guess it'll have to be a raven.

I did mine in my standard mission fitted Abaddon. Granted Tracking Disruption can be annoying at times, but there is no more than in say "The Blockage."
I think I tanked my Abaddon a little harder than usually (Lows: 2xHS, 1x EAP, 2x Em, 1xTh, Imp Rep) but other than that it went fine.
