This character is definitely great for those aspiring industrialists. From researching to production, hauling to mining, even refining, this char can do it all!!
I waited it out to see if Shiva was going to bring me back to the game, unfortunately this hasn't happened. So, I will be selling my production character and just keep Tigge. Due to the fact I've not been playing this character much, I haven't trained a lot of Shiva oriented skills. I have trained some, most noticeable is the Mining Barge skill to lvl 5 and the Advanced Learning skills.

As you can see there are 38 lvl 5 skills trained. He can fly an Iteron Mk V and Gallente Battleships, also the Mining Barges. He comes fully wired with a full set of +3 Basic Implants. Also notice the Attributes - almost 30 memory(with a +4 implant you can reach this)! This character trains skills insanely fast. For example, to train Eidetic Memory(Rank 3 skill) to lvl 5, it only took around 11 days.
This character is lacking in some things, however. One thing is Gunnery skills. This character wasn't meant to kill things. Although, with the attributes, it wouldn't take too long to get on up there. Another thing is agent missions. Well, there just aren't any done. There is only a lvl 1 agent on it.
He is a Male Gallente Intaki. He has a 0.0 security status. He also kept a low profile in the game. He will become a part of a newbie corp before he is transferred to the new owner.
The character comes stripped with a few odds and ends located around the universe. Mostly shuttles or frigates, things like that.

Sniper Rule: 15 Minutes

If you only have 1 account, can you buy a player and have it moved into one of your reserve slots or do you have to start paying another month subscription?

u can transfer it to one of your free slots on your account.
And can leave him there until u need him to build/refine :)
But u're not able to run both char at the same time and only 1 char can learn and increase his skillpoints :(

You can move it to a free slot, but as he said, you can only train up one character on an account and you can only play one character on the account at one time.

Well, if you ask me, SP > ISK.
If you are powerplayer, 4 bil isn't that hard to gain. 18.5M SP on the other hand takes over a year to get.
