I've been flying my tengu in missions today, with a max speed without AB of 212 m/s. Now all a sudden when starting to run recon 2/3 i notice my max speed is now 156 m/s...nothing has been changed on the ship, I switched tengus and the other one has max speed of 212. I am at a total loss of what the problem is.

Shhhhh...this is a whine about the removal of learning skills forum! 
Seriously though...thats really odd, are you sure you have the correct AB fitted since the last time you used it?

He is talking about the speed without the AB running. I concur...that is rather odd. Try dismantling the Tengu and putting it together again.

swapped out subsystems (can't repackage as the ship is rigged, expensively), still doesn't even have the base speed of the fuel catalyst subsystem of 160 plus skills should bring me to 212 m/s. with the rep fleet Ab i usually run little over 600 but now at 450.

I'm pretty sure every missile user has, or will, do that.
Can be frustrating when it does happen though

Hi,
Did you solve the Tengu speed issue yet? I got exact the same issue here.
My max speed should be 212 m/sec but is now as low as 156 m/sec

precision missiles aint they fun.
I lost count on the amount of treads on this of people wondering where their speed was and 9/10 managed to find out before told :)

I just bring some CN Scourge for PVE, for the frigs only, for this reason. Don't need to use that many though I know it' not exactly optimal isk wise, but I hate being webbed.
