Just a few things ive noticed that really need a dev to look at.. ship maintance array....great for storing ships but once you take a ship out all the mods are offline and you have to online them one by one and wait for your cap to reach 95% before moving on to the next mod....OMFG this takes a bs about an hr to do...now if these pos are intended to help hold space for an alliance and your using it to hold ships for battles so pilots can jump in get another ship and get back into the fight...well forget it...the battle wil be over before you even get half your mods online
hanger array...not enough space to hold ore for a mining opp that has to wait 3 freaking hrs for a refine to be done..even having 3 hangers its way too low a volumn.. also on the array..if its just anchored the 'access storage' and 'unanchor' options on the menu are next to each other and when your in a hurry guess what...BANG... you just unanchored your hanger instead of storing your ore (yes it works offline)so these options need adjusting in the menu
and is there away to get drones from the hanger array into your drone bay? try try again but i dont see a way and when your 20 jumps from a station your pretty much fubar'ed
refining array ... eats way too much cpu...so its unable to have 2 of them in your pos...maybe cut down on the refine time or lower the cpu so you can get another refinery to offset that freaking 3 hrs ..IBTL.. and this crap where u can only load 1 specific type of ore per refine is nutz...at the very least you should be able to put the 3 types of a certain ore in to refine..but as it is now its pretty lame
anyone have any solutions to these that i havnt tried yet plz post

Nope... as far as I can tell you pretty much stuck your finger exactly where the 3 most critical problems are with POS right now...
On the hangar space volume point since corp hangar arrays work anchored without needing to be onlined.... I would just ship 10 to your POS... the problem there is its a temporary solution ... turn around and 1 day CCP will decide the 'working without onlining' was a bug and change without notice....
About the intensive refinery array, I fully agree with you the fact its only 1 ore type and 1 only is madness... IMO the duration of 3 hrs is not too bad if they allow all types of 1 given ore to be refined at the same time...AND PLEASE CCP reward those that trained specific ORE refinery skills when using the intensive refinery array at the moment the reward is ridiculously low in terms of increased yield %...

Almost. I fully agree with every one of the issues both of you have raised (they bug the hell out of me too) but no list of critical POS issues would be complete without mentioning the "all or nothing" access permission. That too desperately needs fixing!

Another one, plz on top of the specialized refining skills idd also like to see the mobile refinery skill actually work.

yea forgot about those skills...i spent lots of isk and time training them up and for what? the mobile refinery is secifically what the skills should be for and need to help with the refine process there...pos has huge potential but these bugs are driving ppl nutz

While I don't own a POS I'm studying them closely in anticipation. I agree with Dufas these three problems appear to be critical to proper POS use.
