I'm loving the camera offset, but with 2 monitors, my HUD is right on the line between 2 screens.
Is there anyway to either hard set the HUD to the camera offset, or add another slider so that I can put it on the screen where I want to put it? |

You can already move your HUD left and right or place it on the top! |

You can do this by clicking in the middle of your ship's capacitor and then moving it to the desired position.
For top/bottom alignment, click on the small arrow right beside the speed display and then choose "align top" or "align bottom".  |

How about the ESC screen? No matter what I do its always smack in the middle of the two screens and rather hard to use because of this...

Thank you Hylax Ciai for explaining *how* do do this.
It would have been very frustrating if someone had told me that I *could* do something, but not bother to tell me how to accomplish it.
You gave very clear instructions and I appreciate them.

While we're at it, is there anyway to set my locked targets to start at the top left of my screen and scroll right, as opposed to start at the top right of my screen and scroll left?

My Bad, didn't explain the how part for the first question. To answer your second; you can change where your locked targets appear by locking something, when you do, you will see a small white target reticle with alignment arrows. By default, this is at the edge of the selected items panel a few cms away from your target icon. Drag this around the screen, when you go the left side, the alignment arrows will flip and the targets will align right. You can also right click on the 'target origin' icon described above and opt to align targets vertically as well since many players including myself prefer this or having the targets just above the HUD so the mouse covers less distance (for me anyway :))

thats easy, just check the box marked "offset interface with camera"
then the next time you press esc, it should come up where your camera is focused

While we're at it, is there any way I can go fly around in this shiny ship I have in my hangar? It's fun spinning the camera around and looking at all the neat windows, but hopefully they'll add a way to fly it soon!
I kid, I kid. I like how this is a thread full of non-problems.
