I dont't know about many others, but i would find it HIGHLY usful, if there was a way to show a person alliance while i do a show info on the char.
Put it right under the Corp name or something. When i have to check a corps info because a player does no have the alliance in his bio, it takes alot of time. If he was the enemy The would have gotten by me or out of system by that time.
Although its nice to id an alliance when u check the corp info, i would really like to see it on the idivual character info aswell. it would be easier and also cut down on friendly fire due to misidentification.
Feel free to reply if u want to "critque" my idea.

Personally I consider the lack of this information to be a bug (or possibly a design error). Hopefully they'll fix it reasonably soon.

Setting and firmly controlling corp standings does all you need atm imo.
Anything red dies, simple as is.

One of the most useful things CCP have ever removed was the corp and personal standings display next to someone's portrait.
That, and being able to see the 'transactions' on someone's standings towards an NPC corporation.
Surely with someone's Alliance, though, it's just as easy to click on the corp badge and check that's description?

Yes it is, but that takes time, not to mention when its a bit laggy it takes a good 5-10 seconds to load..thats all some1 need to run or whatever.

This should exist. I think that for alliances that have the icon, it should appear to the right of the Corporation Image, and for those that don't, the name of the alliance in simple text should appear to the right. I think the corp info should be similar in that it has the alliance icon/name where the corp icon is in player info.
