Perfect for those people that just want to get away from highsec whs that you will get ganked in constantly!

indeed, and who wants to live in a C1 with static lowsec when there are still plenty C1 with static highsec ones out there? |

other way round mate, LS static is much worse cos its filled with probing piewats and even if you dont open it, people from exit wh's do. all the wh with hs statics i been in only ever had idiots without probes on scanner come through.
