I am a webdesigner by trade, albeit not certified in any manner, just do it out of my house for small businesses and whatnot. I am offering my services in return for isk and PLEX. Basically, if you want one of the following, I'm your man.
Blog (Joomla, Wordpress, etc)
Professional looking and functional website (http://www.theunchained.net/eve <-- that's my corps)
Wiki's
Killboards
Forums (SMF/PHPBB both with API integration/validation if needed)
Pretty much open for any orders. I generally try and get my websites done in a timely manner (timely being under 2-3days, depending on the enormity of the task). I'm also not a gigantic stickler on price, in regards that the average 5-page static website will cost anywhere from $200-$300 USD, and will work with you (isk-wise) for any service you require. Send me a mail in-game, or you can hit me up over on my forum if you happen to register on my website.
People have been asking me about pricing, and when I say I am willing to work with you, it means I am. I know installments on an online video game are risky, but I am willing to work with people if you are willing to talk. I require 1/4 of the total ISK/PLEX sum up front, and will not charge you for the other 3/4 until you are fully satisfied with the website/services.
As far as webhosting and whatnot goes, I DO have a webserver that I am willing to create a subdomain on. (http://www.yourcorpname.theunchained.net is what it would look like). However, i would imagine you would want as much control over your website as possible, in which case I would recommend you purchase your own hosting. Generally webhost providers cost very little (mine costs $6/month after the $15 domain registration), and having been in webdesign a bit, I can help you navigate toward a host that will be best for you, both wallet-wise and ease of use.
Anywho, i will be constantly updating this thread with finished websites. Currently, the only one i have to display is:

Are you familiar with using plesk to manage and/or set up multiple domains on a virtual server?
Because I'm not and I need somebody to set some basic things up if your interested.

I've handled plesk a few times before via VPS/Dedi machines, and it shouldn't be a problem. Contact me in-game if you're interested and give me a bit more info on the problem.

Looking for a KB hosting service, I cannot open Eve-kill or any eve-kill based killboard, which includes by soon to be new corps. Ideal would be a KB that would synch with an Eve-kill based KB, or pull off a Director API.
A few samples of any KB work you have done would be great, to make sure my university firewall dosent hate that as well >.>
Would like to pay in isk if possible, a subdomain would be fine, im not looking for anything real fancy in appearance or function, as this is mainly for personal use.
