Been out of the game for a while now and don't have the time to play so I am sticking this char up for sale.
Char will come with positive wallet and some assets scattered about.

Starting Bid - 2.5 Bil
Reserve - There is a reserve but its not high as this char will go by downtime next week.

My apologies... I'm sure it was another char that could receive the isk in the past but then again it has been a long time since I have sold one.
