No - actually, I was making a point because I had a discussion on offgrid-boosters in ships and modules. People constantly brought up the small gang argument in their defense, so I thought I'd check if there's demand for equally daft mechnics.

Break into 3 or 4 coffee clusters, and made coffee just for each cluster, the scores would go from 60 to 78. I think under the circumstances it would be fair to rep your small gang from within a pos's shields too. Obvioiusly if less than 28 AUs (so as not OP as the op said.) This way we are in similar territory to gang links. Obviously you would have to allow ships in pos shields to target, and increase their targetting range accordingly. I suggest also possibly making it so T3s do repping up to 33.3% better than their respective T2 Dedicated Lofgfistics ship, again, in line with current mechanics fro fleet boosting.
Trust me, I almost know what I'm doing. |

Could we get off-grid ECM as well?
I feel that currently ECM still gives players a small glimmer of hope as there's an actual ship in their overview that 'could' be targeted. Removing this feature would more accurately reflect the true nature of ECM, to crush all hope and make battle-hardened pilots cry for their mothers. |
