So I have been ratting in 0.0 in my drake, it seems to hold up fine in most scenarios, but it would be nice to have a bit more dps and a stronger tank, what ship should i aim for next? (and spend my lovely learning exp on?)

Tengu, even with a "cheap" T2 fit it will tank Sanctums just fine. Fit the nano sub for extra GTFO goodness when a red jumps in.

You can also check out the Nighthawk for a cheaper but still very effective ship.

whilst waiting for skills to train for either tengu or nighthawk, should i go for a raven? or just stick to drake?

Another good ship (not caldari tho) is a passive shieldtanked Ishtar with T2 heavy drones. Can tank all anomalies and most plexes pretty easily. Another option is passivetanked Gila, basically the same as the Ishtar but doesn't require HAC skills, just Gall and Cald cruiser and T2 heavy drones.

You want to use t2 sentries with an ishtar. I get a 1300 dps passive tank dealing 424 dps just with drones. Use t2 sentry drone damage rigs. It cost under 150mil and I get 10mil a payout. Don't use a tengu unless your a carebear and if that's the case leave null. ;)
