How do I make a concise tag out of 'Crumplecorn'? :o.
Alas, it may be that the stuff of internet fame is given to only a few.

ugh, I'm not even bothering opening a link to someone's youtube page on which he posts stuff about his "life".
The fact it can earn you revenue only proves to me that a fool and his money are soon parted indeed and that there are many out there ...
Don't mean any disrespect here, but you blatantly coming in here to "ADVERTISE" your blog/vlog or whatever you name it it's a lame and sad attempt, even worst than the guy that once mounted up a webpage to his goal of buying a titan and asking for donations in the forums a while back.
Only days I care to listen to people talking about their lives is when they PAY ME to listen, and even then I must admit I have sent some patients to other colleagues because their issues mount up to not having enough money for plastic surgery, breast augmentation or how a boyfriend/grilfriend/spouse/significant other will probably leave them for someone else because this someone else has bigger genitalia/breasts/buttocks/car/house.
Honestly, watching gore threads in /b/ is more fun that watching people talk about themselves and their incredible original ideas....
But hey, good luck in your stuff and good for you ---

3. Crumplecorn ~ Vloggers/YouTube Partners get paid for showing daily life on YouTube. I'm sure you already have some knowledge about that though...
The people who support themselves through 'vlogging' on youtube tend to make clips named things like "OMG CRAZY STALKER??!?!" (all caps is key), and talk about the most mundane and uninteresting things in a very fast and unusually happy manner. I'd sooner work at MacDonalds than reduce myself to pandering to 12 year olds.

Cool, so basically this thread needs to be locked for advertising. Advertising for something that is a complete waste of bandwidth and the cancer of the internet no less.

I don't promote my vlogs, I never asked for anyone to view any of my other video's, I'm not a partner. My Video was Eve related and made 0 profit from it.
I work in IT for Fujitsu under contract by the United Kingdom's Ministry of Defence, my money is not spent well, because it's carefully saved. [ Uruzata.com ][ YouTube Channel ][ Facebook ] |

Edited by: helmeo on 02/12/2010 20:54:17 Edited by: helmeo on 02/12/2010 20:53:36 seeing so many people saying not so constructive things I'd like to say something that is, hopefully, at least in some ways, constructive.
the first thing would be to sound less bored and sleepy, it really helps to keep the viewers interested when you can get them excited and cheer them up, from your post i can see that you do like the game, show that in your video.
information wise everyone can read patch notes, don't need to you to read it to us again, what we like to know is your view of things, what do you think of the Noctis, instead of telling people it's currently 280 million in the market. how did you feel about the menu change? is it better or worse?
try to keep a clear train of thought, stay focused and try to cut out some of the "ummm, errrrrr" write the points down on paper, refer yourself to it when you can't think of what to say.
have something interesting going on on the screen, we don't want to see your ship sitting in station (unless you are showing some stuff that's in the station), sitting off jita undock would be a nice view. having your ship getting pounded by NPCs in a mission would work too, anything that's interesting to keep viewers watching.
and please please put the camera on a tripod next time, or just do a screen cast.
hope it helped. good luck on the next video!

let me get this straight...
OP posts about his life, in videos, in all seriousness. this is a thing these days... a word has been invented.
people watch this, some congregation of random people on the internet turn on their computers in the morning wondering what has happened in some other random person's random life...
WTF IS WRONG WITH THIS PLANET??!!
