I have reached my witts end.
I have been without my main account for 48+ hours, yet CCP has my money.
I have confirmed bank and PAYPAL statements showing two separate transactions of 15$ each for my two accounts.
One account, this one, jbood1, activated
My main account, with character hexadecimal01, gave me an error message.
I have filed multiple petitions with CCP and have not received a response.
I can understand the bugs and glitches being filled after a patch, but seriously this is money we are talking about.
CCP has $15 of my dollars and I can not reach them to even form a line of communication.
The American phone line does not handle account/billing information.
The out-of-game petition filing system only works if your account, has time. If I did not have a second account I would be forced to file a petition with just my email address. It clearly states on the petition page, "To speed up the process, please log in with your game account"
If this was my only account I would be in the dark for days waiting for someone to remember to check the "unknown account bin" of the petition system.
I am posting this message on every board I can and having every corp member file a petition.
All I want is for CCP to be reachable, for a financial issue. ALL I NEED IS COMMUNICATION
Tell me no, we can not turn on your account today, that is better than hearing nothing at all.
Like I said, I would understand a back log of problems due to the patch, however I feel, and correct me if I am wrong, that financial issues should have an expedited line of communication.

I have used that link to create multiple partitions.
I am only spamming the first forum set, because I can not reach someone from CCP.
is it really that much to ask for? they have my money, I want my game... they havent delivered my game time.. ok.. tell me why...

I can understand that you are frustrated but spamming multy support will only get this to last longer as petitions are processed as first come first served (incursion got fair share of petitions). The point is when you account get credited you wonÆt lose any game time as the game time is counted backward from the day account is activated.

IT WORKED!!!!
not 10 min after I posted all these requests I had both my petitions answered and my account temporarily reactivated until we can clear up the payment mess

Forum spam / duplicate threads aren't allowed, nor is it helpful (not to mention the fact it can be down right annoying). Also: pot and kettle? You might not like posts like the one you quoted, but I still have to see evidence on bans from 'annoying' posts. Evading the profanity filter, however, isn't allowed - are you asking for a ban for yourself? If so, use the time given to take some spelling lessons.
@OP: In future, petition under 'stuck' - category, either from game or from the link on this site (look left). Those tend to get the fastest responses.

Spamming multiple petition is really the way to go. 
As a add on spamming multiple thread in forum is the best way to get your account back with a nice ban.
Getting your corpmates to spam even more petitions is even better.
After all is done you will have 10 different GM handling your petitions, every one of them doing his stuff and trampling the toes of the others. End result they will lose a lot of time and your petition will be handled more slowly than normal.
You should do 1 petition and wait. If after 48 hours you get nothing you can open the petition and add to it but you should not open another petition.
Doing it your way mean that every player will file multiple petitions every time they want something petitioned, with the net result of slowing the petition system.

CCP has reactivated my account and I will be working with them to resolve my issue.
I would like to thank the CCP petition team, and also whichever GM noticed my message and responded to my petition.
the ONLY reason I went this route to be heard is the fact that my money went through yet there was a glitch.
I wouldn't dream of doing this sort of game for a game glitch or items missing in my account.
Money - The one commodity that's in short supply.
Even with this digital world I still feel that I should have a human to speak to with regards to monetary exchanges.
Again, I would like to apologize for the previous spamming, and I do not recommend that anyone repeat my actions.
Communication, speedy communication, that was the desired outcome, and It was achieved via this method.
So how about we switch gears on this thread a bit and I ask some pilots in the eve universe how they would treat a situation where you pay for a product you don't receive. Followed by a delay in response to the issue.
Keep in mind , money, leave out of your mind, the fact it is a video game..
Entertainment or not, Eve is part of my monthly budget... A very tight budget. If I do not keep watchdog like stance for every dollar I will not stay ahead in this economy.
Argue that point :)

This thread started as a promising whining *****y thread where a spoilt brat didnt get what he wanted instantly.
Then someone steps in and handles the issue maturely because OP couldnt do it himself.

My brother has already sued PayPal because they breached the secure information privacy.
I was very suprised (in a bad way) when CCP dismissed PayByCash, which was a great way to pay for ppl who didn't like CreditCards and would rather prefer a wiretransfer. I never had delays or any other problems with PayByCash, since 2003 until they dismissed it.

Agreed. But a quick glance on eve gate makes it seem like OP posted with main. So for those of a retributive mindset there is some recourse.
