(Disclaimer: this post is half for lols) (Disclaimer2: I like the learning skill change)
Well, now that we're making the game more newbie-friendly, why not delete the fitting skills as well? Isn't it unfair that you need to train weeks and weeks on Advanced Weapon Upgrades without any specific module or ship in return? I want to train for a ship and fly it to max effect immediately!

It's absolutely stupid that EVE has those kinds of skills, cause why shouldn't I be able to fit a full rack on my Drake, while the next person who spent 50 days on training this useless skill can? It's not fair!
So, what your saying is that the 50 days he spent training should account for nothing?
Seems time to eat junk food and drink beer and get rock hard abs in minutes!

This pro-Learning Skills thread is about:
[ ] lazy people, as if learning skills take effort [ ] choice and complexity, even though it's a non-choice and a no-brainer [ ] losing ones advantage, even if it's better for the game a a whole [x] slippery slope fear, even without any evidence [ ] AD/HD newbs and patience, even though patience is no requirement to play
