Ok first thing , I know I know should be flying t1 but this isn't for thhis topic. Yjis is for my corpie who insists on t2 training wise.. one of the following.
What class of ship is good for a rich former carebear with some pvp experince to train in before moving on to other ships. Which is more fun? Which is more practicle in gangs? Which has the biggest drawbacks which make it not a good choice.
AF, Interceptor, EAF, SB, Interdictor! Please help!

Interceptors are simple.
AF's have useful prereq's.
EAF's educate him in the finer aspects of PvP.
SB's hand him immense power right off the bat, but are expensive and easy to kill.
Interdictors kill everything listed above, but need Interceptors trained as a prereq.
So let's go Interceptors -> Interdictors, yea?

If you want the most unpredictable and exciting one, get a bomber. It does great dmg, covop cloaks, and dive bombs... sometimes to hilarious effect.

Assault Frigs: Basically tougher frigates with more DPS. They have no real 'focus' the way that other T2 ships do but they can be deadly in the right hands.
Interceptors: One of the most handy T2 frigates out there (no gang will ever turn down an Interceptor) but also one of the more risky classes to use as well. Interceptors will often run point for the rest of the gang and/or be the first into battle to keep targets locked down.
They are fast, agile, fast, and can be killed quite easily if one is not paying attention.
Electronic Attack Frigate: Moving on.
Stealth Bombers: Essentially a cannon made out of wet tissue paper that can warp around cloaked. It takes quite a bit of player skill and tactical know-how to use these ships properly. They are almost useless in combat against anything sub-battlecruiser and even then there is a fine line of survival against larger ships (drones hurt). Oh, did I already mention that it's made of wet tissue paper? Best when used in conjunction with other Stealth Bombers and/or Recons and/or Black-ops.
Interdictor: Get a HIC (Heavy Interdictor).

Out of all of them, AF are thee swiss army knives. They can deal up to 300 dps, they can go real fast, tackle, they're the best frigate class easily.

Steath bombers = much fun. The cloak, the no decloaking-locking delay, the volley damage, the bombs, the covert cyno. And you get cov ops scanner ships for free too, as an ever better scout. |

If you train for the 'ranis you also get the Ishkur which is arguably the best Assault frig. But yeah, train AFs and Inties. They are loads of fun to fly and cheap.
